Polycarbonate (PC)

PC(polycarbonate), one of the five general engineering plastics, has good light transmission and impact resistance. The annual consumption of PC materials is about 5 million tons, of which China accounts for nearly half. The main downstream applications are electronic appliances, plates and automobiles, which account for about 80% of polycarbonate consumption. However, due to high technical barriers and other reasons, China's PC material industry is small in scale and long-term dependent on imports, which is still blank in Henan Province.
