Henan Pingmei Shenma Polycarbon Material Co., Ltd. was founded on February 28, 2018. The main office of the company is 2KM east of the intersection of Yelian Road and Yegong Avenue in Yexian County, Pingdingshan City, Henan Province. Polycarbon Material Company was established in February, 2018. It is controlled by Shenma, Henan Keyuan Fund, Pingdingshan East Investment Company and Yexian Development Investment Company, and plans to build a 400,000-ton/year PC supporting 370,000-ton/year bisphenol A project in Yexian Industrial Cluster Area. The company covers an area of about 1000 mu, with a registered capital of 1.2 billion yuan and more than 400 registered employees.

Phase I PC project with 100,000 tons/year adopts phosgene production process of KBR Company in the United States, and bisphenol A project with 130,000 tons/year adopts ion exchange resin production process of Badger Company in the United States.
