On February 28, Henan Pingmei Shenma Polycarbonate Material Co., Ltd. was incorporated. On March 23, the leaders of the Group agreed to set up the Phase I 100,000-ton polycarbonate project of Henan Pingmei Shenma Polycarbonate Material Co., Ltd. |

2019
|
On March 24, Henan Pingmei Shenma Polycarbonate Material Co., Ltd. held a groundbreaking ceremony for its 400,000-ton polycarbonate project at the construction site of the PC project. On July 1, the company held the unveiling ceremony. |

2020
|
On the morning of March 11, the first pile foundation was laid in the phase I of PC project of Polycarbon Material Company, which marked that the construction of the project entered a substantive stage. On the morning of July 25, the ceremony of entering the factory of core imported equipment was held. On October 28, the prilling tower, an important equipment for BPA prilling in bisphenol A plant of Polycarbon Material Company, completed the lifting of the skirt at the bottom of the first section of the tower. On November 13, the hoisting of the second section of the prilling tower was completed. On November 24, the hoisting of the third section of the prilling tower was completed. On the morning of November 30, the main production device of PC project of Polycarbon Material Company was successfully capped, which indicates that the focus of the whole PC project will be transferred to the installation stage. |

2021
|
On February 5, the 110KV substation of Polycarbon Material Company was successfully electrified for the first time. On July 31, the air separation unit of Polycarbon Material Company was successfully commissioned and qualified products were produced. On August 27, the CO gasifier of the gasification unit of Polycarbon Material Company was successfully baked. On December 11, 130,000 tons of bisphenol A project produced qualified products. |

On April 30, qualified products were produced and put into the market, which was recognized by downstream customers. |
