Logic rules for PC brand naming
The PC of our company has been successfully put into production, and now we need to name the product brand. It is suggested that the logic of naming trademark rule is as follows: trademark: 1. "S" represents "SHENMA". 2. "PC" is the English abbreviation of our polycarbonate product. 3. "10" refers to the melt index, which can be a natural number of 01-99, depending on the melt index of the products produced by our company. A melt finger includes a range, for example, the range of 10 melt fingers is 9.5-10.5. 4. "0" is our company's classification of product colors, which can be a natural number of 0-9. If the product has no color added, c is 0, if the product has blue added, c is 1, if the product has purple added, c is 2, and so on.

What material is polyurethane
The full name of polyurethane is polyurethane, which is a kind of macromolecular compound. Its main raw materials include diphenylmethane diisocyanate, toluene diisocyanate, polypropylene glycol, etc. Polyurethane has the characteristics of oil resistance, abrasion resistance, low temperature resistance, aging resistance, high hardness, elasticity, etc. It can be made into polyurethane plastic, polyurethane fiber (spandex), polyurethane rubber and elastomer.
Characteristics of polyurethane products
1. No scratch or noise. Long service life and reduced cost.2. The temperature resistance is from - 20 ℃ to 120 ℃.3. Polyurethane products are pollution-free, non-toxic and tasteless.

Function of polyurethane
Polyurethane can be used to manufacture plastics, rubber, fiber, rigid and soft foam plastics, adhesives and coatings, etc. It can be used in various fields of people's life, with a wide range of applications.
What is polyurethane
The full name of polyurethane is polyurethane, which is the general name of macromolecular compounds containing repeated carbamate groups on the main chain. Polyurethane is an imported group of urethane containing ether ester urea biuret urea based polyurethane at home and abroad. It is formed by addition polymerization of organic diisocyanate or polyisocyanate and dihydroxy or polyhydroxy compounds.
Overview of PU development
As early as the 1930s, polyurethane (PU) was developed by German scientists. German scientists condensed liquid isocyanate and liquid polyether or glycol polyester to form a new material. The physical property parameters of this material are different from those of polyolefin materials at that time. Scientists named it polyurethane. With the end of the Second World War, the chemical manufacturing industry in the United States flourished, and in the 1950s, polyurethane flexible foam was synthesized, which was an important landmark research in the chemical industry at that time and provided a solid technical foundation for the future development of the polyurethane industry.
