Introduction to R&D Center

Established in 2022, R&D Center is the company's technical improvement and R&D implementation management department. Its main functions include six aspects.

● Development of new polycarbonate products;

● Development of bisphenol A products;

● Development of downstream phosgene products;

● Energy saving and emission reduction transformation of existing devices;

● Technical transformation of existing devices;

● Localization of foreign technologies and products.

The Company currently has 94 research and development personnel, among which 10 are senior technicians. The proportion of technicians with bachelor degree or above reaches more than 77%. The Company actively carries out various scientific research projects. Currently, it is researching 24 demonstration projects of high-quality development special funds for technological transformation in the manufacturing industry, covering the technological improvement and research of polycarbonate production process, the technological improvement and research of green sustainable development of polycarbonate production and the research on the performance diversity of polycarbonate products. Among them, "Research and Application of High-quality CO Purification Technology" won the third prize of scientific and technological progress of China Pingmei Shenma Group. The company has 15 national authorized patents. The R&D center has advanced R&D equipment and hardware facilities, including different types of twin-screw extruders, high-speed mixers, pelletizers, extrusion plasticity meters, electronic scales, etc., with strong R&D strength, which serves the company's high-quality development of production technology.
